Sherry Chesak, Ph.D., M.S., R.N. (NP ‘01, MBM ’11), was invited to serve on an Advisory Board of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing.

Sherry Chesak, Ph.D., M.S., R.N. (NP ‘01, MBM ’11), Nursing Research at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, was invited to serve on an Advisory Board of the American Association of Colleges of Nursing. Chesak will take part in an initiative titled “A Competency-Based Approach to Leadership Development and Resilience for Student Nurses.” This is one of several national initiatives focusing on the well-being of nurses and preventing burnout. Dr. Chesak is an assistant professor of nursing in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
