Annual Membership

Standard annual membership is $25 per calendar year expiring at the end of each calendar year. Dues are tax deductible.

Student Membership is $25 for three (3) years for current MSHS Program in Physical Therapy students, expiring upon graduation.

Please note, dues are not pro-rated.

Life-time Membership

Criteria

  1. 30 years since graduation
  2. 15 years of work experience or retirement due to disability
  3. 15 years of active membership in the alumni association – need not be continuous (active membership defined as years paid dues)

To apply for Lifetime Membership, email your name, year of graduation, years of service in field, and years of active membership to MCPTAA.
