Jessica Mcmillan, APRN, DNP, receives Gestner Award

Jessica Mcmillan, APRN, DNP (DNPR ’15), a nurse practitioner in the Department of Clinical Genomics at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, received a 2020 Gerstner Award for the specialized education of nurse practitioners and physician assistants. She was selected by the Mayo Clinic Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant Council and the Gerstner Award Review Committee. This award will allow Dr. Mcmillan to complete the Stanford Genetics and Genomics Certificate.

Dr. Mcmillan is an associate professor of medicine in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
