Kenneth Torrance, 83, of Rochester, died Sunday in Rochester. A memorial service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Homes, Rochester. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday at Ranfranz & Vine Funeral Homes.
