Lauren F. Alexander, MD, is named associate dean, Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, Florida campus

Lauren F. Alexander, MD, Department of Radiology, has been named associate dean, Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences, Florida campus. Together with the dean and as part of the leadership team, the associate dean is jointly responsible for directing and guiding the enterprise mission of Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in concert with the leadership of the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science. Dr. Alexander succeeds Abba Zubair, M.D., Ph.D. (LABM ’03), in this role.

Dr. Alexander also serves as a fellowship associate program director and as medical director for the Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences Radiography Program in Florida.

Dr. Alexander is an assistant professor of radiology in the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science.
